克諾爾集團(tuán)與湖南世鑫新材料有限公司牽手合作

中國軌道交通行業(yè)的發(fā)展一日千里,在國家提升制造業(yè)在全球產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈地位的戰(zhàn)略方向下,新技術(shù)在軌道交通領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用變得迫切。
輕量化一直是軌道車輛新技術(shù)應(yīng)用一個(gè)極其重要的課題,對(duì)于降低能耗,提升制動(dòng)性能,降低整個(gè)運(yùn)營周期成本,有極其明顯的效果。而在這其中,制動(dòng)盤的輕量化又潛力巨大。
軌道車輛的制動(dòng)盤從材質(zhì)上可以分為鑄鐵、鑄鋁、鑄鋼,適用于從地鐵、城際、高鐵不同速度的車輛。從結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化上減重,潛力極其有限,因此,更多的輕量化可能來自于新材料的應(yīng)用。
2018年8月,克諾爾軌道系統(tǒng)中國區(qū)執(zhí)行董事/總經(jīng)理韓竹鈞先生第一次參觀了湖南世鑫新材料有限公司。作為中國國內(nèi)碳陶新材料科研領(lǐng)域的領(lǐng)軍人物,湖南世鑫新材料有限公司董事長肖教授,依托中南大學(xué)的科研力量,以世鑫為平臺(tái),積極地推進(jìn)碳陶新材料在軌道交通車輛制動(dòng)盤領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。雙方就碳陶制動(dòng)盤的應(yīng)用前景和未來的合作進(jìn)行了初步的交流。
從2018年到2020年,近兩年間,克諾爾蘇州和世鑫從設(shè)計(jì)到采購,不斷加深交流,從最初的單純技術(shù)交流,到潛在項(xiàng)目的合作談判,漸漸地雙方離正式的合作越來越近,并決定于今年5月簽署談判協(xié)議。
受到疫情期間出差限制的影響,亞太區(qū)/中國區(qū)董事白迪森博士和采購總監(jiān)施密特先生不能趕赴長沙,所以5月15日由韓總單獨(dú)帶隊(duì)赴世鑫談判。當(dāng)天,肖教授帶領(lǐng)高管團(tuán)隊(duì)在新的辦公大樓前第一時(shí)間迎接。
兩年未見,雙方熱情未減,肖教授向韓總介紹了兩年來世鑫在碳陶新材料應(yīng)用的進(jìn)展,韓總對(duì)世鑫在軌道車輛制動(dòng)盤、軍工、航天領(lǐng)域取得的成績表示贊賞。韓總介紹了克諾爾過去兩年的變化,包括公司上市,中國區(qū)成立,以及克諾爾持續(xù)改進(jìn)為了更好地服務(wù)于全球,特別是中國的軌道交通行業(yè)。關(guān)于碳陶新材料的應(yīng)用,雙方一致認(rèn)為合作的潛力巨大,合作必將雙贏。
此次會(huì)面至關(guān)重要,克諾爾蘇州和世鑫此前已就雙方的合作協(xié)議進(jìn)行了近半年的交流,達(dá)成合作近在咫尺。韓總和肖教授進(jìn)行了充分、深入的探討。有共識(shí)、有分歧、有爭議,但這些都不是合作的障礙,開誠布公地交換各自的想法是解決爭議的不二之法。不決之處,韓總與法務(wù)、采購現(xiàn)場電話溝通。肖教授和大股東現(xiàn)場交換意見。
經(jīng)過4個(gè)小時(shí)的討論,塵埃落定。4份蓋有世鑫公章、肖教授簽字的合同交到了克諾爾蘇州的手上。雙方的合作正式啟航。

With the rapid development of China's rail transit industry, the application of new technologies in the field of rail transit has become urgent under the strategic direction of improving the position of manufacturing industry in the global industrial chain.
Lightweight has always been an extremely important subject in the application of new technologies for rail vehicles, which has a very obvious effect on reducing energy consumption, improving braking performance and reducing the cost of the whole operation cycle. Among them, the lightweight brake disc has great potential.
The brake discs of rail vehicles can be divided into cast iron,cast aluminum and cast steel, which are suitable for vehicles with different speeds from subway, intercity and high-speed railway. The potential of weight reduction from structural optimization is extremely limited. More lightweight may come from the application of new materials.
In August 2018, Managing Director/Board Member of KB RVS China Mr. Joseph Han visited Hunan Shixin New Materials Co. Ltd.Professor Xiao, Chairman of Hunan Shixin New Materials Co. Ltd, as a leading figure in the held of carbon ceramic new material research in China, is actively promoting the application of carbon ceramic new material in the field of rail transit vehicle braking disc, relying on the scientific research strength of Central South University and taking Shixin as a platform. The two sides discussed the application prospect of brake discs and the possibility of cooperation.
From 2018 to 2020, in the past two years, KBSZ and Shixin have kept in-depth exchanges from design to procurement from the initial pure technical exchange to the cooperation negotiation of potential projects, the two sides were closer and closer to the formal cooperation, and decided to sign a negotiation agreement in May this year.
Due to covid-19 pandemic, KBAP/CN RVS Board Dr Paddison and Director Purchasing Rail AP Mr. Schmidt-Eckert can not go to Changsha in person,Mr.Han led a team to negotiate with Shixin on May 15. Professor Xiao led their senior management,team to meet KB in front of the new office building.
Although they have not seen for two years, still enthusiastic.Professor Xiao introduced the progress of Shixin's application in new carbon ceramic materials during the past two years,which im pressed Mr. Han on the achievements made by Shixin in the field of railway vehicle brake disc, military industry and aerospace. Mr Han introduced the changes of KB in the past two years, including the IPO of the company.the establishment of KBCN, and the continuous improvement of KB to better serve the global rail transit industry.
Regarding the application of this new material, both sides intended to cooperate and get a win-win result.
This meeting is very crucial although KBSZ and Shixin have been exchanged the cooperation agreement for nearly half a year. Mr Han and Professor Xiao had a full and in-depth discussion and exchanged different opinions.
Where there is question mark, Mr Han communicated with legal department and procurement department by phone call. Professor Xiao and major shareholders exchanged views on the spot.
Finally, four contracts with the official seals of Shixin and the signature of Professor Xiao were handed over to KBSZ. The cooperation between us officially began.
With 100 years history of KB, 30 years in Chinese market,relying on the experienced team worldwide, KB will not be absent in the application of new technologies in rail transit industry through cooperation with local high-tech enterprises, and will continue to play an important role in China's rail transit industry.
